We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Receptionist Supervisor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


  • Organizes, directs, and monitors daily activities of Receptionist
  • Must be able to complete all of the duties and responsibilities of the hotel Receptionist.
  • Monitors and maintains front desk area.
  • Reviews the daily room availability and informs all appropriate staff.
  • Ensures Outstanding customer care at all times.
  • Accurately answers inquiries from potential guests and accepts hotel reservations.
  • Reviews status of departures on a daily basis; relays all pertinent information to front desk agents and other appropriate staff.
  • Ensures all necessary reports and forms are completed daily.
  • Consistently resolves guest problems and complaints in an efficient manner while demonstrating a sense of urgency.
  • Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns in a timely fashion
  • Supervises daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures and are friendly and attentive to guest needs and service.
  • Cross checks all billing instructions are correctly updated
  • Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
  • Ensures Front desk log book and hotel log book is always updated and acted upon.
  • Ensures safety by following guest check in and security procedures and reporting suspicious activity to security, manager or HOD.
  • Takes responsibility in the absence of the Hotel Manager and Assistant Hotel Manager.
  • prepares and coordinates schedules, and expedites workflow.
  • Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of hotel services, facilities, policies, and room rates and area’s attractions.


  • Applicant possess a minimum of B.Sc From any of the Nigeria recognized University and any related professional course will be added advantage.
  • Applicant must have minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Must have a very good knowledge with hotel reservations softwaree like Micros/Opera.
  • Must be smart, Confident and good looking
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Must be flexible to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work in team environment.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal people and coaching skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Applicant must be a female and not older than 35 years by December 31 2022.
  • Applicant Must resident within Lagos.

N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
