1. Inland taipan
Also known as the the small-scaled snake, or the fierce snake or the western taipan, it is extremely venomuos and is found in the semi-arid regions of central east Australia. The snake is particularly reclusive and mysterious and was first described by Frederick McCoy in 1879, then in 1882 and for the next 90 years was not seen. The snake is by far the most toxic of any snake in our planet.
