Earlier we made a post on the top 10 hottest male K-Pop group, so obviously, we had to come up with one for female K-Pop groups. Over the past few years, the Korean pop scene has exploded, and there are fans are no longer limited to Korea which has prompted us to created posts like this one. The “popular music” from South Korea has is an amalgamation of several genres including hip hop, reggae, jazz, rock, country, folk, among others. As a result, it appeals to a lot of people and it’s worth noting that K-Pop fanbase is pretty young.

The band was formed in 2011 by Plan A Entertainment and consist of six members who are Yoon Bo-mi, Park Cho-rong, Son Na-eun, Jung Eun-ji, Kim Nam-into and Oh Ha-young. Hong Yoo-kyung left the group in 2013 because she wanted to focus on her studies. So far Apink has released two Japanese studio albums, three Korean studio, and six Korean mini-albums. Undoubtedly they have received huge commercial and critical success and as a result, they have became one of the most popular female K-Pop groups ever.
